Description:
Organize employee shifts, train and motivate team members, and check the tidiness of public and private areas ensuring that our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that customers are satisfied.
Activities:
• Monitor the entry and exit of linens and clothes of guests/condominium residents/uniforms;
• Analyze discrepancy reports, in-house guests and expected arrivals for the day with the main requests;
• Respond to requests from guests and condominium owners;
• Conduct meetings with employees;
• Control of linen items;
• Control and monitor Lost and Found;
• Control the sector's worksheets;
• Coordinate the team's work;
• Coordinate cleaning products: dilution and replacement;
• Coordinate the work of outsourced employees;
• Develop shift work schedules, vacation schedules and point management;
• Deliver and monitor the use of personal protective equipment;
• Enter and monitor Service Orders sent to the maintenance department;
• Plan purchasing and inventory control;
• Plan your work routine daily;
• Record the delivery and return of keys used by the department;
• Supervise cleaning of apartments.
For the vacancy we consider necessary:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the role.
Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks in large organizations;
