Responsibilities:
Conduct research and negotiation with premium automotive parts suppliers;
Make quotations and seek the best purchasing conditions in terms of quality, price and delivery time;
Analyze the need for replacement parts according to workshop demand and service history;
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure advantageous commercial conditions;
Evaluate the quality of purchased products, ensuring compatibility and authenticity;
Manage purchase orders, monitor delivery times and resolve possible discrepancies;
Control and monitor the stock of parts, avoiding shortages and excesses;
Carry out prospecting for new suppliers and trends in the premium automotive market;
Work together with the technical team to ensure the best choice of parts for the services performed;
Ensure compliance with standards and quality standards required by the premium vehicle market.
