This Human Resources Consultant will work for one of Sodexo's multinational clients, focusing on developing managers and promoting employee value proposition.
Main activities:
– Understand the Sodexo business and the responsibilities of the area served, applying knowledge of the company and the market to guide managers in initiatives and decisions linked to people management.
– Plan People Management actions in service areas, aligned with the business strategy.
– Support the manager in analyzing the Human Resources Indicators in his/her area and in developing action plans for the continuous improvement of the business’ results and profitability.
– Analyze the People Management indicators of the area served, supporting leaders in decision-making based on analytical and predictive data.
– Conduct and participate in meetings with the Directors.
– Validate and monitor training and development actions with managers.
– Carry out and support the management of conflicts between parties with opposing interests, seeking advantageous solutions for all involved.
– Act in the engagement process, guiding teams and leaders in the construction and execution of action plans to improve the work climate/environment.
– Support managers in ensuring compliance with the Sodexo Code of Ethics.
Requirements:
– Completed higher education in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Pedagogy and similar.
– Experience as a business partner required.
– Availability to work in person in Monte Mor/SP
