Work in the sales and after-sales commercial area, in a company in the SOFTWARE and CONSULTANCY segment, providing customer service, prospecting and making SALES;
Carrying out control of proposals, contracts, with full support for preparing reports on sales made, closed, cancelled, as well as contact for satisfaction surveys;
Analyze the quality of services provided by contracted services;
Anticipate future customer needs;
Follow up on customer suggestions/complaints/questions until the solution is delivered;
Evaluate customer relationships and monitor customer SUCCESS actions.
