Maintenance Controller

CLTECH Fire is looking for an organized, analytical and proactive professional to work as a Maintenance Planner and Controller (PCM). The objective is to ensure efficiency in the management of preventive and corrective maintenance services, optimizing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Activities:
Plan, schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance in active contracts.
Develop schedules and distribute Service Orders (SO) among field technicians.
Manage the resources needed for maintenance, such as parts, tools and equipment.
Issue and analyze technical performance reports.
Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Develop checklists and work instructions to standardize activities.
Interface with customers, ensuring clear communication about services performed.
Monitor the performance of the technical team, generating indicators and proposing improvements.
Requirements:
Technical or higher education in Mechanics, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or related areas.
Previous experience in maintenance planning and control.
Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
Intermediate level Excel proficiency.
Mastery of office package.
Differentials:
Certification in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) or similar.
Experience with fire fighting or fire detection systems.
