Store Coordinator experience as a supervisor/coordinator in the grocery sector of supermarkets
Have in-depth knowledge of the product mix in your area of activity;
Plan and supervise the sector's activities, guiding and leading the work team, defining goals and performance standards, monitoring and evaluating the results achieved, always making the necessary corrections;
Ensure the supply of products in the store and their constant replenishment, seeking to make up for any shortages of goods;
Respond to the correct pricing and validity of the products presented;
Ensure the quality of the product on display, and its commercialization within the standard period (turnover) and/or its use in other sectors;
Supervise and maintain the layout and cleaning standards of the shelves, as established;
Keep the Purchasing Department informed of stock levels and demands;
Monitor and participate in the store's promotional or merchandising programming and general advertising;
Check the organization of the sector's stock upon receipt;
Ensure total quality in customer service, by monitoring the presentation of goods, arrangement on shelves, appropriate prices and specifications, expiration dates and others;
Maintain and resize product presentation spaces, according to demands and in conjunction with the store manager;
Request the creation of promotional posters for your area;
Supervise the execution of periodic inventories of merchandise stocks, ensuring the accuracy of the data collected;
Monitor and participate together with the company's HR department in the hiring of new employees for the various sectors of the store;
Promote meetings to ensure excellence in the execution of processes;
Be responsible for preparing and complying with work and break schedules for the teams under your responsibility and strictly manage overtime;
Define, together with the store manager, the necessary staff, schedule and number of employees, observing the seasonal flow (schedule/week/month), always focusing on the objective of producing more with less;
Monitor the service of third parties (promoters);
Promote the professional and personal development of the team, training, evaluating, providing feedback and monitoring during the work carried out.
