Fast-growing supermarket chain is hiring: Loss Prevention Coordinator Experience leading monitoring/prevention teams
Lead the team of Store Inspectors, janitors and doormen, in order to keep the sector organized and clean.
Provide feedback to the team and provide training regularly;
Create work schedules, breaks, intervals, vacations and make them available on the department's notice board;
Request the opening of vacancies for the sector, when necessary, by filling out the vacancy request form, which must be signed by the sector Coordinator and Management;
– Extract information from the system about customers and breakdowns, analyzing and monitoring indicators for decision-making together with the company's management, ensuring the processes and development of the loss prevention sector, safely maintaining the company's continuity.
Participate in interviews for open positions with HR, analyzing the profile of each candidate;
Provide integration into the Loss Prevention module;
Carry out an experience assessment with employees in the sector;
Check the quality of products, rotation and expiration dates, cleanliness and organization of the sector and warehouse, appearance and personal hygiene of employees, uniform and badge;
Inspect the store as a whole, acting preventively, in order to avoid theft, waste, idleness, conflicts, breakages;
Ensure, together with the store's team of caretakers, that the store, bathrooms and other access routes for customers are clean;
Control high-risk products, placing security labels, thus maintaining the correct stock;
Define the rotation of inspectors' workstations (antenna, monitoring, counter, receiving);
Responsible for checking and preventing losses, as well as finding ways to improve the processes used in the various sectors of the company regarding the correct way to handle and preserve products;
Create, implement and monitor product exchange rates, breakages and waste of resources and suggest actions to reduce them;
Monitor product write-offs;
Analyze and review processes, seeking to discover the risks in each sector and proposing corrective and preventive actions;
Carry out the verification of the validity of bakery, Flv, cold cuts and butcher products;
Audit whether price tags in the sales area are correct and belong to the same product on display;
Prepare the Loss Prevention team, instruct them on the importance of the role in stores, aiming to identify the root of the problem and resolve it;
Monitor and track images from security cameras and the movement of customers and employees on the company's premises through the Prevention team;
