Financial Coordinator
Main Activities:
• Coordinate accounts payable and receivable routines, ensuring deadlines and accuracy in financial records.
• Monitor cash flows and financial projections to ensure the company's financial health.
• Negotiate payment terms and conditions with suppliers and partners.
• Monitor bank reconciliation and monthly accounting closing in partnership with accounting.
• Implement and monitor financial performance indicators (KPIs) for accounts payable and receivable.
• Supervise the financial team, promoting training and technical development.
• Coordinate the interface with banks and financial institutions to optimize operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes, proposing effective solutions.
• Support strategic management in decision-making through the preparation of detailed and accurate financial reports.
Main Requirements:
• Completed degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• Solid experience in the financial sector, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable, preferably in retail.
Technical Knowledge:
• Financial controls and cash flow.
• Bank reconciliation and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of LINX.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis software.
Behavioral Skills:

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Organization, sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Differentials:
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership or related areas.
