Monitor the activities carried out in the kitchen, step by step, guiding and correcting employees during the execution of the activities; Perform and/or guide pre-preparation and preparation tasks in all areas, including the butcher's shop; Perform cooking activities for the preparations established in the services, including the dietary kitchen; Decorate the preparations, ensuring the good presentation of the final product; Organize production and all related areas, distributing tasks to the team; Taste the product and present it to the approver, before sending it for distribution; Ensure good relationships among employees, managing disagreements and relationship difficulties; Conduct tests of new products and recipes; Raise awareness among the team about saving natural resources; Monitor daily costs with the person in charge, proposing improvement measures, such as per capita control and standardization of portions; Request the food items necessary for the preparation of daily services; Ensure compliance with service and delivery schedules.
