Administrative Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

– Organize and control store documents;
– Invoice sales to the head office through the system;
– Monitor the vehicle transfer process with the dispatcher;
– Carry out inventory control in the store in relation to the quantity and time of products without turnover;
– Request inspection and technical report as needed;
– Responsible for controlling vehicle spare keys and other administrative routines.

Requirements and qualifications

– Completed high school;
– Experience in administrative routines is desirable
– Office package;

COMPLEMENT:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:48
