Requirements:
Experience in the SaaS or E-commerce Retail segment;
Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot;
Proactivity and consultative attitude, always seeking to anticipate problems and opportunities for clients;
Basic knowledge of Excel in formulas, functions and pivot tables;
Experience in Customer Success, with a focus on managing strategic accounts or Enterprise customers
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends that generate value for customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct negotiations and resolve problems assertively.
Proactive and consultative attitude, always seeking to anticipate problems and opportunities for clients.
Logical reasoning to solve simple math problems and conduct day-to-day dealings with clients
Activities:
Strategic client portfolio management: Being the primary point of contact for large clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued success.
Onboarding and monitoring: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring that they understand and maximize the use of our platform's features.
Data analysis and KPIs: Monitor indicators of success, adoption and customer engagement, acting proactively to ensure customer success.
Strategy and growth: Collaborate with customers to develop strategies that expand the use of our solution, seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Presentation of results: Hold periodic business review meetings, presenting the results and the impact of our solutions on the client's business.
Internal collaboration: Work in partnership with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to align expectations, report feedback and ensure value is delivered to the customer.
