Human Resources Intern

Purpose of the position

In this position you will support the People Management service in the Northeast Region for the communication channels.
Merchandising and Regional Trade.

Everyday life…
* Provide assistance to employees;
Recruit the Merchandising team and Apprentices, and conduct the recruitment processes
admission;
* Support for the learning program;
Support employees with questions about benefits and internal negotiations;
* Support in the management of employees on fixed-term contracts;
* Support in the management of Nestlé Culture training and regular monitoring.

What will contribute to your success?
* Higher education in progress in Administration, Management Processes, People Management and related areas – 2 years availability for internship;
* Knowledge of Office package;
•Experience in administrative routines of People Management and Talent Acquisition will be a differential;
* Knowledge of SAP will be considered a differential;
* Proactive cooperation, teamwork, focus on results;
* Ability to communicate and work with a decentralized team.
