Main Job Activities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Publication of vacancies and screening of resumes.
Scheduling and conducting interviews and group dynamics.
Carrying out recruitment, admission and integration processes for new employees.
Time Control and Benefits:
Monitor and manage electronic and manual time control.
Manage benefits such as transportation vouchers, among others.
Support for the Human Resources Department:
Support payroll routines and contract administration.
Prepare and update control spreadsheets, such as vacations, absences, etc.
