Some activities relevant to the position:
• Participate in the daily briefing meeting to align the day's activities (reservations, coffee break progress, etc.).
• Sanitize utensils and dishes.
• Set up tables according to established standard/Book.
• Set up the layout of the hall and buffet, according to the needs of the day.
• Clean and align tables and chairs.
• Count the dirty linens to be sent to the laundry.
• Organization of the bar (stocking the refrigerator, defrosting and stocking the refrigerators, cleaning the espresso machine, washing coffee cups, etc.)
• Take orders from guests/passers-by, go to the Kitchen, hand over the order to the Cashier and request closing of the account.
• Serve the table according to training regarding the correct manner.
• Assemble Room Service mise en place according to established standard/Book.
• Collect trays from the floors.
• Carry out inventory counts of living room utensils and linens.
• Record actions to promote and invite people to try out the products.
• Provide support for Salon tasks when necessary.
• Assist in the guidance and supervision of Cummins, among other activities.
