Requirements and Qualifications
-Higher education;
-Basic knowledge of Office package;
-Knowledge in the area of PCP;
-Be communicative, strategic, have a leadership spirit.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead, coordinate and monitor employees in the manufacturing environment. Control, organize and be the communication link between production/sales for orders sent to production and be responsible for reporting the phases of the process, whether there are delays or not. Request raw materials, optimizing resources efficiently, according to the planned budget. Manage conflict resolutions. Act strategically in planning, ensuring the delivery of products according to planned deadlines, quality and costs. Inventory management and control.
Differential
-Experience with wood in general.
Working Hours
08:00 to 12:00 – 13:36 to 18:00 (alternating Saturdays 08:00 to 12:00)
