Ensure that flexographic printing processes and final products comply with the quality standards established by the company and applicable regulations.
Job Purpose:
Wide band flexographic printer for the production of flexible packaging, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the process, meeting the technical specifications and deadlines established by the company and the client.
Main Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Prepare and operate the flexographic printing machine, setting parameters such as registration, pressure, anilox, cylinders and inks.
Ensure fast and efficient job changeover (setup) according to production orders.
Check the viscosity and tone of the paints, adjusting as necessary.
Quality control:
Continuously monitor print quality during production, correcting deviations such as misalignment, color flaws or smudges.
Conduct testing to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:
Regularly inspect the machine and perform minor preventive maintenance, such as cleaning the anilox, changing blades and lubricating.
Identify mechanical or operational problems and report them to the maintenance team.
Input Management:
Control the use of paints, solvents and other materials, ensuring their use and minimizing waste.
Request necessary materials from the warehouse department in advance.
Security and Organization:
Follow all safety standards, using appropriate PPE and respecting established procedures.
Keep the work area clean and organized, promoting a safe and productive environment.
Communication and Reporting:
Report production results, problems and suggestions for improvements to the supervisor.
Participate in production meetings and training offered by the company.

Wide web rotogravure printing for the production of flexible packaging, ensuring print quality and production process efficiency, aligned with the company's technical specifications and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
Prepare and operate rotogravure machines, adjusting parameters such as color registration, speed, cylinders and drying systems.
Perform cylinder exchanges and adjustments for new jobs, ensuring efficient setups.
Control the viscosity and density of the paints, adjusting them as necessary.
Quality control:
Continuously inspect the printed product, checking registration, tone, resolution and finish.
Record and correct errors or deviations during the printing process.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:
Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine, such as lubrication and replacement of worn parts.
Communicate technical problems to maintenance staff and assist with simple repairs.
Input Management:
Manage the use of paints, solvents and other supplies, avoiding waste and ensuring availability for production.
Order materials in advance to avoid delays in the production process.
Security and Organization:
Follow safety protocols and use the necessary PPE during the operation.
Keep the work area organized and clean, promoting a safe environment.
Communication and Reporting:
Provide detailed information about production, including quantity, quality and problems encountered, to the supervisor.
Participate in meetings and training for technical and operational improvement.
Working hours from Monday to Saturday:
Shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Note: Shifts may be changed (rotation of operational staff)
