Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Key Account Representative will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, developing and maintaining solid long-term relationships.
Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific demands.
Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and operations to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
Monitor account performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide a high level of customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably with a focus on B2B sales and key account management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to influence and persuade clients.
Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet established sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Higher education in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related areas.
