Responsibilities and duties:
– Support in strengthening the company’s sustainability culture, respecting the applicable social, environmental, health and safety guidelines, standards and policies;
– Monitor and prepare the production schedule together with the PCP;
– Manage the team and distribute staff according to the schedule;
– Apply process training;
– Prepare budgets for purchasing and replacing equipment;
– Work with the PCP and maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance;
– Check with quality to understand possible occurrences of non-conformities;
– Improve processes so that there are no deviations in product quality;
– Check with assistants the monitoring of Production Orders, with a focus on traceability;
– Schedule shutdowns with the PCP for structural cleaning of the sector;
– Check whether safety standards are being followed and applied;
– Define together with the PCP the need for collaborators per process.
Requirements and qualifications:
– Higher Education in Production Engineering or related areas;
– Experience with team management;
– Intermediate Office package;
– Knowledge of SAP system and availability to work flexible shifts and hours will be considered a plus.
