Routine/tasks-
Coordinate and lead the bakery's nighttime activities, including packaging, weighing and separating products; issue receipts, organize delivery boxes, check orders and dispatch them; supervise the organization and cleaning of the sector; feed control spreadsheets and monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality in operations.
