CIVIL MAINTENANCE OFFICER TO WORK IN MONÇÕES CITY/SP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform masonry, concrete and other materials work, guided by drawings, diagrams and specifications, using processes and instruments pertinent to the trade, to construct, renovate or repair buildings and similar works; Check the characteristics of the work, examining the plan and specifications, to guide oneself in choosing the appropriate material and the best way to carry out the work; Mix cement, sand and water, measuring the quantities appropriately, to obtain the mortar to be used in laying masonry, bricks, tiles and similar materials; Build foundations, using stones or cement, to form the base of walls, fences and similar constructions; Lay bricks, tiles or stones; Plaster the constructed structures; Apply layers of cement, lay tiles or similar material; Build a base of concrete or other material to enable the installation of machines and for other purposes; Perform corrective maintenance work on buildings, sidewalks and similar structures, repairing walls and floors, replacing tiles, sanitary appliances, pipes and other parts and anchoring damaged bases; Assemble and disassemble wooden or metal scaffolding to carry out the desired work; Ensure the conservation and cleanliness of the material and the workplace; Perform other tasks related to the position.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Knowledge of hydraulics for repairing pipes and similar;
– Knowledge and experience in building maintenance;
– Knowledge of painting and civil repairs;
– Experience in floor replacement.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
– Salary R$ 2,397.59 + 20% for unhealthiness
– From 7:00 am to 4:00 pm – Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
