Responsibilities and duties:
•Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform electrical, hydraulic and metalwork maintenance, ensuring the perfect functioning of electrical panels, lighting, sockets, sensors, taps, flush valves, locks and cores.
•Call Response: Respond to and resolve maintenance calls efficiently, including during weekend shifts, as needed.
•Driving a Vehicle: Driving the company vehicle safely, respecting traffic laws and the organization's internal rules.
•Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance performed meets safety standards and established procedures (NR-10, NR-35).
•Guaranteeing the Operation of Units: Ensure that stores and headquarters operate safely and efficiently, with a focus on preventive maintenance to avoid failures.
•Internal Customer Service: Present yourself to stores with cordiality and commitment, always focusing on quality and good service.
Requirements and qualifications
•Proven experience in building maintenance (electrical, hydraulic and metalwork).
•Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently and safely.
•Good communication and professional attitude for internal service.
•Technical training in Electrical Installations, Electrical Controls or related areas.
