What will your day-to-day be like…
You will be responsible for customer service, answering customer questions and offering products in every call, presenting the advantages of purchasing Vivo products.
?Examples of products offered are: Chip (new line): plan migration with loyalty for another 24 months, new device (cell phone) among other products ?
The service is always conducted through consultative, creative and convincing approaches, always focusing on closing to convert any contact into a sale.
We are looking for professionals with:
– Negotiation skills, business vision and problem-solving profile;
– Ease of payment methods;
– Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese, with good grammar and spelling, as well as active listening;
– Customer focus, proactivity, articulation and results orientation.
– Experience in sales or negotiation will be an advantage.
