JOB DESCRIPTION
– Financing management and credit analysis.
– Presentation of financing options with different interest rates and terms.
– Support for sellers and customers to negotiate the best financing conditions (interest rate, down payment amount and payment term).
– Assistance in collecting and organizing the necessary documents, such as proof of income, personal documents and others required by financial institutions.
– Explanation of financing terms, including interest rate, amortization, mandatory insurance, among others.
– Support throughout the process until credit is released.
– Sending the necessary documentation to formalize payments with financial institutions.

– Reception and identification of customers.
– Attention to detail.
– Effective communication.
– Proactivity and organization.
– Completed high school.
