Main responsibilities:
• Assist customers, identifying their needs and guiding them with all necessary information about available products and their proper use.
• Keep well informed about the company's payment conditions, offer store cards, provide correct information to customers and make proposals for financial products and services.
• Carry out returns/replacements of products from sectors and check for lack of products in the sales area and request their replacement, ensuring that there are no shortages of available parts and that they are in accordance with the Visual Merchandising strategy.
• Open and close the cash register, carrying out the necessary checks and operations, to ensure the quality of service throughout the day.
• Receive payments, in all payment methods, offering financial products and complying with the company's commercial policy, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of cash inflows.
• Issue sales receipts via cash register operation, to keep the Store within current standards and legislation.
• Provide good customer service with courtesy and agility.
What we are looking for:
• Completed high school.
• Experience in customer service.
• Availability of schedule.
