Responsibilities and duties:
Carry out a checklist at the tracking base as soon as you take over the shift, as well as record all occurrences during your shift and report to your immediate superior;
Perform vehicle tracking;
Perform a systemic checklist on vehicles when necessary;
Monitor and validate whether deliveries are in accordance with the cargo manifest/monitoring request and/or RE in the Jamef system;
Record any non-conformities that may occur during collections/deliveries and/or transfers;
Access the main tracking system and monitor the fleet according to the deliveries indicated in the Jamef system;
Access the tracker redundancy system before releasing the trip and in emergency cases;
Check work equipment, informing your superior of any repair or maintenance needs;
Monitor all ongoing trips and check that the tracking system is properly configured;
Whenever an alert is issued by the system, check whether there is actually an occurrence or whether the alarms were accidentally triggered (e.g. breach of fence on a sharp bend, stopping in an unauthorized location, breach of trunk, etc.);
Inform your superior immediately after noticing an alert or any other irregularity, as well as contacting the competent public security bodies, putting the Emergency Contingency Plan into practice;
In the event of an accident, send the communication to all those involved in accordance with the call plan for each branch involved.
