What will my day-to-day life be like?
Customer Service – After-sales. Assist customers, identify their problems, carry out negotiations after contracting vehicle financing, perform liens removal, send invoices, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
Provide after-sales customer service (SAC);
Answer questions related to finances and the like;
Offer humanized service, that is, focused on the customers’ feelings;
Carry out other activities inherent to the customer service function.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have at least completed high school;
Basic computer and typing skills;
Good communication;
Must have voter registration card/school transcript or military certificate (men);
Have already had service with vehicle financing or SAC;
Preferably live close to the Atento São Bento Unit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary: R$ 1,412.00 + Variable according to the achievement of operational indicator targets
Working Hours: 11:48am to 8:00pm
Working Hours: 180h per month | 5×2 shift with fixed weekends off
