What will your day-to-day be like…
– Provide active customer service to telephone customers, clarifying doubts and resolving problems related to billing for customer products.
– Voice service;
We are looking for professionals with:
– Over 18 years old and completed high school;
– Previous experience in debt collection;
– Verbal and written communication skills;
– Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions;
– Orientation towards collection and goals, with persuasive capacity;
– Basic knowledge of IT and ease with computerized systems;
– Availability to work flexible hours.
Additional Information:
Workplace: República Unit – Center
Salary R$ 1,416.28 + variable and benefits.
Schedule: 5×2 – Monday to Friday
Daily workload: 6h20 per day.
