What you will do:
– Make calls to customers in arrears and negotiate debt settlement;
– Provide information on payment terms and customized solutions;
– Update records in the customer management system after each interaction;
– Monitor and follow established collection procedures;
– Identify opportunities for customer loyalty and recovery.

– Completed high school;
– Skills in negotiation and persuasion;
– Good verbal and written communication;
– Knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
