Requirements:
– Over 18 years old;
– Completed high school;
– No experience necessary;
– Verbal and written communication skills;
– Ability to persuade;
– Basic knowledge of computers and ease with computerized systems;
– Availability to work flexible hours.

Working hours:
– Scale: 6 x 1 – Day off FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
– Working hours: 6h20 per day
Afternoon working hours only.
Activities:
– Provide specialized voice support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Handle requests for information, rebooking, check-in, payment issues, quotes, complaints and sales of baggage, seats and tickets, among other activities
