What will your day-to-day be like…
You will make and receive (hybrid service) contact (via voice, email and WhatsApp) with portfolios of active companies that already have a benefit card product, to offer and manage these customers and to negotiate in a consultative manner new products that the company does not yet have (food card, meal card, mobility card, cultural voucher, transport voucher), clarify all the benefits/advantages, and may also offer differentiated rates from the market.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary: R$ 1,800.00 + Variable Remuneration and Bonuses.
Working Hours: 10:50 to 19:00
Working Hours: 5×2 Shift | Days off on Saturdays and Sundays | Daily working hours of 08:12 (with 1 hour for lunch)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
Ensure good service, meeting quality criteria;
The Specialist will need to maintain the relationship with the client and offer new benefits according to the product and/or service procedure;
In each service provided, you can deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;
Will use systems to record and apply service;
Possess professional maturity and commitment;
Possess powers of persuasion and negotiation;
Have a consultative stance during service.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have at least completed high school;
Articulated communication and empathy;
Friendly attitude and patience;
Possess powers of persuasion and negotiation;
It is necessary to have good verbal fluency;
Basic knowledge of computers and typing;
Previous sales experience will be a plus;
Have a Voter Registration Card, proof of completion of High School and, for boys, have a Military Exemption Certificate (Reservist Certificate);
Preferably live near the Atento Santana Unit.
