Voice Reception Service, guidance for users who use the financial institution's benefit card services, with the aim of identifying needs, welcoming and resolving various doubts and requests, ensuring that the user leaves satisfied with the service.
Responsibilities and duties:
Ensure good service, meeting quality criteria;
Identify the customer's need and provide a practical and objective solution, in accordance with the product and/or service procedure;
In each service provided, you can deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;
Will use systems to record and apply service;
Possess professional maturity and commitment;
Voice Service;
It is necessary to have good verbal fluency;
Humanized service with a focus on quality of contact.
Requirements and qualifications:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have at least completed high school;
Basic knowledge of computers and typing;
Have a Voter Registration Card, proof of completion of High School and, for boys, have a Military Exemption Certificate (Reservist Certificate).
Preferably live near Santana.
