Voice response service for customers with questions about the plans offered, how to use the website or APP, complaints, retention and general information about the product.
Responsibilities and duties
The operator will need to identify the customer's need and provide a practical and objective solution, in accordance with the product and/or service procedure;
In each service provided, you can deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;
You will use systems to record and apply services.
Requirements and qualifications:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have at least completed high school;
Good communication;
Basic knowledge of computers and typing;
Having worked in a Call Center will be a plus;
Have easy access to São Bento.

R$1,412.00
Working Hours:
From 8:00 am to 2:20 pm.
From 3:20pm to 9:40pm
From 5:20pm to 11:40pm
Training schedule:
Availability from 2:00 pm
Working Hours:
180h per month | 6×1 shift with alternating weekend days off
