Responsibilities and Duties: Customer service cell with excellent quality, attention focused on what the customer wants and needs. Customer Service (SAC) can be treated as a consumer protection measure, being the channel through which the customer establishes direct contact with the company, both to request information, clarify doubts and make complaints, as well as to suspend or cancel contracts and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Be of legal age;
– Completed high school;
– Advanced English;
– Availability to work in person.
– Experience with customer service
– Experience in customer service or customer service is desirable
