Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, visitors and suppliers cordially.
Answer and direct telephone calls.
Manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
Schedule meetings and control room agendas.
Provide information about the company and direct demands to the correct sectors.
Keep the reception and common areas organized.
Requirements:
Completed high school.
Previous experience in the role (desirable).
Good verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to deal with the public in a polite and professional manner.
Organization, proactivity and ability to solve problems.
