ACTIVITIES TO BE DEVELOPED:
Welcome, identify and guide visitors, providing information and directing them to the areas and/or people they are looking for.
Fill out the Visitor Control Form, noting the necessary data, such as name, identity, entry and exit time, location/person sought.
Provide identification badge and request its return after the visitor leaves.
Make telephone calls, manipulating internal or external devices in order to provide information about visitors who are at Reception to the desired area.
Guide and control the use of badges, in addition to carrying out daily and weekly control of visitors, by counting and closing the registered frequencies.
Ensure the order and cleanliness of the waiting and visitor reception areas.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR REGISTRATION:
Completed high school.
Computer knowledge.
Experience in the role, having preferably served the Board of Directors and/or Presidency in terms of routines relevant to the position (sorting and distributing correspondence, personal and telephone service, organizing agendas, among other activities).
Fluent knowledge of the English language.
