Receptive service, with the objective of activating the customer's registration, identifying the customer's needs, clarifying doubts, identifying whether the customer is available to make sales of products or services and system procedures regarding products and/or services.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary: In the first 90 days, experience level of R$ 1,155.60, after 90 days, R$ 1,412.00 + Commission according to target achievement
Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM
15:40 to 22:00
Working Hours: 180 hours per month | 6x1 shift with variable weekend days off
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
The operator will need to identify the customer's need and provide a practical and objective solution, in accordance with the product and/or service procedure;
Identify whether the customer is available to sell products and services;
In each service provided, you can deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;
Specific Technical Tasks: Call center service, receptive to register activation and with sales to offer voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile telephone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
You will use systems to record and apply services.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have a Voter Registration Card;
Have a Military/Reservist Certificate (Male only);
Academic background: Completed high school. Higher education, in progress or completed, will be a plus;
Proof of secondary or higher education (academic transcript, certificate or certificate of completion);
Courses: Candidates with courses focused on sales, negotiation, argumentation, public speaking, surveys, customer service, telemarketing communication techniques, Word, Excel, typing, Office package will be an advantage;
Good verbal fluency and power of persuasion;
Negotiation/argumentation skills;
Having experience in customer service and sales is a plus, but the opportunity is also available to candidates looking for their first job;
Basic knowledge of computers and typing;
Availability to carry out the work in FACE-TO-FACE format;
Preferably live close to the Atento São Caetano do Sul Unit.
