Main responsibilities:
– Restock merchandise on shelves, ensuring product availability in store;
– Check the validity of products, ensuring the quality and safety of items on our shelves;
– Keeping inventory and display areas organized, providing a pleasant and easy shopping experience for our customers;
– Respond to customer requests, offering excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction;
– Assist in pricing and labeling products, ensuring accuracy and transparency in the information provided to customers;
– Monitor and control stock levels, communicating the need for replenishment to the immediate superior, contributing to the efficiency of our processes.
Requirements:
– Verbal and written communication skills;
– Ability to work in a team and autonomously;
– Basic knowledge of computers;
– Availability of hours, including weekends and holidays.
