We are looking for talented and passionate customer service professionals to join us on this journey. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, where your creativity and communication skills will be essential for success.
As an SDR, your main responsibilities will include:
– Actively prospect for new patients through digital platforms, especially WhatsApp.
– Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales/dental team.
– Maintain a high level of interaction with customers, answering questions, offering information about services and scheduling appointments.
– Monitor the sales process from the first contact to conversion, ensuring a positive experience for the patient.
– Work with sales targets and monitor performance indicators.
– Keep accurate records of interactions with leads and patients in the CRM.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must have:
– Previous experience with sales, especially in digital environments or via WhatsApp.
– Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and persuade.
– Ease of learning about dental products and services.
– Proactivity, organization and focus on results.
– Basic knowledge of CRM and sales automation tools is desirable.

– Average commission: From R$ 1,100.00

Time:
– Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm
– Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
– Saturday 8 am to 2 pm
*And there is one Saturday off each month for compensation.
