We want you to be our protagonist as:
Operations Assistant Manager:
• Provide support to the film set manager in all its subsystems.
• Coordinate all operational areas of the site, delegating and monitoring team activities and providing feedback whenever necessary in order to maintain the smooth functioning of operational processes.
• Provide information on operating standards and procedures, providing periodic training, ensuring that the team is always up to date with internal standards and processes.
• Control sales of products and services.
• Manage operational and administrative goals, monitoring results and encouraging the team to meet the goals of each area and reporting to corporate and the manager.
• Carry out inventories and financial closing.
Criteria for participation in the Selection Process:
– Completed or ongoing higher education;
– Knowledge of Office Package;
– Availability of schedule.
