Job Duties:
Supervise and manage the customer service team, ensuring everyone is properly trained and motivated.
Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve service efficiency.
Ensure satisfactory customer interactions by resolving complaints and providing appropriate support.
Evaluate team performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvements.
Prepare operational and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Requirements:
Completed or ongoing higher education.
Previous experience as a Call Center Supervisor
Knowledge about performance indicators.
