Responsible for supervising the store's financial product and cash operations processes, through
training and guidance of leaders and teams, distribution and planning of activities, dissemination,
monitoring and application of established procedures regarding service, recruitment, opening
and credit analysis, organization and cleaning of the sector, according to manuals, policies, strategies
established by the company and guidelines from the manager, aiming at meeting goals and improving results
financial and customer flows.
Supervise the activities carried out by the financial products and services team, ensuring that
processes and service are aligned with internal procedures, checklists and in compliance with the
standards established by the company.
Control card operations and registration quality, through monitoring and training of the team in
procedures for indication, recruitment, service, research, records, analysis of documents for sending to
credit desk, as well as issuing and validating membership terms with customers after approval.
