JOB DESCRIPTION
A telemarketing supervisor (also known as telesales) is responsible for leading and managing a team of telemarketing representatives. Here are some of the main responsibilities of a telemarketing supervisor:
Responsibilities
1. Leadership and motivation: Motivate and lead the team of telemarketing representatives to achieve goals and objectives.
2. Training and development: Train and develop the skills of telemarketing representatives to improve call effectiveness.
3. Monitoring and evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of telemarketing representatives, identifying areas for improvement.
4. Managing goals and objectives: Establish and manage goals and objectives for the telemarketing team.
5. Problem solving: Resolve problems and conflicts that arise during calls or with customers.
6. Data analysis: Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Communication with team and managers: Communicate effectively with the telemarketing team and managers to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience as a Sales Supervisor in a Call Center.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and sales team management.
* Ability to analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and strategies to improve results.
* Experience with aggressive goals and high performance.
* Mastery of CRM tools and sales management systems.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel for tracking reports and team performance.
* Good communication, leadership and ability to motivate teams.
