WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Carry out daily monitoring of the productivity of the external sales team, by filling out spreadsheets and controls.
• Report sales results to the Regional Coordinator on a daily basis.
• Define routes for the external sales team to operate, according to guidelines defined with the Regional Coordinator.
• Monitor the team of external salespeople in your region, provide feedback, training and promote development actions, ensuring productivity and delivery of results in accordance with the region's sales plan.
• Act as an interface between the Regional Coordinator and the team, ensuring the transfer of guidelines, results and information relevant to the commercial operation.
• Occasionally participate in events promoted by the company, representing the brand, presenting products and services, strengthening the company's institutional image.
WHAT WE NEED:
• Completed high school
• Schedule availability
• Sales experience
• Driving license B
DESIRABLE:
• Experience with door-to-door sales
• Team management
