Activities:
Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, targets and quality standards.
Coordinate and guide the team, distributing tasks and monitoring employee performance.
Monitor operational indicators and propose improvements to optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and the proper use of equipment and PPE.
Interact with customers and other sectors of the company, ensuring excellence in service and resolution of demands.
Prepare management reports and provide periodic feedback to the team and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Ensure operational efficiency and team productivity.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, promoting corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain an organized, safe work environment that is aligned with company standards.
Motivate and develop employees, promoting a good organizational climate.
Requirements:
Completed secondary education (higher education or technical course in logistics, administration or related areas desirable).
Previous experience supervising operational teams.
Knowledge of process management, performance indicators and good operational practices.
Skills in leadership, communication and problem solving.
Benefits:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, allowing weekends free for rest and personal activities.
