Working environment:
You will work in our Operation Services business area.
Your challenges will be:
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines, electrical panels and equipment, detecting defects, visually or through specific instruments, carrying out activities in accordance with SOPs and MOPs.
• Carry out tests on machines, electrical panels and repaired equipment to verify that they are in full working condition.
• Prepare or update standards, routines and technical recommendations regarding installations and equipment, consulting manufacturers’ catalogs among other means.
• Remove materials and waste resulting from the execution of work.
• Identify and solve problems that arise, applying theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Perform rounds, open and close service OSs.
• Keep up to date with technological trends and innovations in your area of activity and the needs of the sector/technical department.
• Ensure the safekeeping, conservation, maintenance and cleaning of the equipment, instruments and materials used, as well as the workplace.
• Perform other related tasks, as necessary or at the discretion of your superior.
• Maintain the quality of services and compliance with operational maintenance procedures through guidance and monitoring of machinery, equipment and installation services, hydraulic and electrical components, vulcanization, welding and pneumatics.
• Optimize service performance by updating and developing maintenance operating procedures (standards and work instructions), and also proposing preventive and corrective occupational safety actions.
• Maintain the quality of maintenance services provided by contractors through monitoring and inspection to ensure compliance with contractual clauses.
• Assist and ensure equipment inspection.
• Data collection and completion of check lists, preparation of technical documents and preparation of procedures, workflows and security.
• Execution of activities and checks on electrical systems and their correlates (diesel, GMG, etc.).
