The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration and diagnostics of multifunction printers, ensuring that our customers have flawless operation of their equipment.
You will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance of printers, configuring systems and networks as needed.
Your role includes diagnosing faults and solving technical problems, using knowledge of electronics and basic mechanics.
Additionally, you will manage parts inventory, ensuring we have everything needed for quick and efficient repairs.
Attention to detail and good communication are essential for this role.
You must be able to understand and explain technical issues clearly and accurately to customers.
Commitment to customer satisfaction is a top priority, and you should always be ready to provide high-quality technical support.
