Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dynamic professional for the position of
Building Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple
maintenance areas, ensuring the perfect functioning of the facilities and
company equipment.
Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
and infrastructure systems (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.). Diagnose faults and
carry out repairs to installations. Perform small repair services on masonry,
painting and carpentry as needed. Keep detailed records of all
maintenance carried out. Ensure compliance with safety standards and
company regulations. Work together with other teams to solve
problems and plan improvements.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Requirements: Proven experience in general maintenance. Knowledge of
electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and, preferably, automation. Ability to read and
interpret technical manuals and electrical-mechanical diagrams. Ability to operate
hand tools and measuring equipment. Proactivity, organization and
problem-solving skills.
