Main responsibilities:
• Comply with the employment contract, respecting institutional policies, guidelines and protocols;
• Take care of your projected professional image, respecting the institutional identity, mission, vision and values, as well as maintaining a safe attitude and healthy habits, ensuring balance and well-being;
• Negotiate work processes with area leadership to discuss decisions and align actions;
• Support the activities carried out by technicians, assistants and assistants in the area, in meeting internal and external demands, guiding them on the correct execution of services, use of safety equipment and tools;
• Keep all documentation relating to hospital medical equipment up to date and ensure the conservation of this equipment, as well as the area where maintenance work will be carried out;
• Perform equipment validation for use, based on the results contained in certificates and calibration reports and approval for use of the equipment;
• Open technical calls with companies that provide maintenance services and monitor technicians' visits, aiming to repair equipment;
• Control maintenance calls in order to meet the SLA;
• Monitor audits in health units;
• Application of training focused on equipment handling;
• Prepare manuals and procedures, process and guidance sheets, reports, performance indicators, costs and orders for services performed;
• Inspect and control the operating conditions of medical equipment;
• Develop and control the preventive maintenance schedule;
