What will your day-to-day be like…
We actively call companies to negotiate their pending internet, telephone, mobile line and other products. We work ethically and with commitment to the opportunity to leverage your earnings with the variable.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary: R$ 1,412.00 + Commission
Working Hours: 09:48 to 18:00
Working Hours: 220 hours per month | 5x2 shift with weekends off
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
Identify the client's need and provide a practical and objective solution;
Carry out the negotiation in a way that is good for both sides;
In each service provided, a new opportunity to close a deal;
It will use systems to record and monitor preventive measures;
Negotiations are carried out according to the product and/or service;
Be committed and responsible to the business and the company.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have at least completed high school;
Good verbal fluency and power of persuasion;
Have all documents (ID, Voter Registration Card, Reservist);
Basic computer and typing skills;
Knowledge of Office Package;
Having experience in debt collection is a plus;
Preferably live near the Atento Oliveira Coutinho Unit (near the Barra Funda bus station).
