Active service for customers who have a partially/totally blocked line, who wish to negotiate debts for telephone products or services (landline/mobile), internet, TV, offering special payment offers.
Responsibilities and duties:
The operator will need to identify the customer's need and provide a practical and objective solution, in accordance with the product and/or service procedure;
In each service provided, you can deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;
Will use systems to record and apply service;
Active Collection Service, operating in a hybrid manner (performs both services).
Requirements and qualifications:
Be at least 18 years old;
Academic background: Completed high school;
Courses: Candidates with courses focused on negotiation, argumentation, public speaking, surveys, customer service, telemarketing communication techniques, Word, Excel, typing, Office Package will be an advantage;
Experience with collections, sales or retention services will be an advantage;
Good verbal fluency and power of persuasion;
Negotiation/argumentation skills;
Preferably live close to São José dos Campos.

R$1,412.00 – Award based on achievement of goals

180h per month | 6x1 shift with Sundays off
